Katy Tafoya is an Internet marketing consultant who helps small business owners and solopreneurs introduce, implement, and enhance social media and Web 2.0 applications in their business model in order to establish their expert status, grow their reach, attract more customers, and ultimately become more profitable. Katy is the creator and operator of the popular women’s content website and on-line community, Constant Chatter, as well as a prolific blogger on technical topics.
